Alan C. (Peter) Brandt, Jr. is a principal in the firm of Ferencik, Libanoff, Brandt, Bustamante & Williams, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, which limits its practice to the representation of construction industry clientele. He is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar, and a member of the Construction Law Certification Committee since its inception in 2004 though 2010. He is a Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator, handling construction related disputes exclusively. In addition to his membership on the Certification Committee, other professional activities have included a five year term as a member of the Florida Bar Board of Bar Examiners, a two-term membership on the Florida Bar Board of Governors, and President of the Broward County Bar Association.
